Raymond K. Birchard, VMD

Education

Dr. Birchard received a  B.S. from Edinboro Universtiy of PA in 1977, and continued his education with a Masters Degree in Veterinary Science from Penn State University in 1980. He received his VMD from the Universtiy of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine in 1983.

Memberships

He is Penn Hip and Laser Certified and is a member of the Veterinary Orthopedic Society, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association, NWPVMA, and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
